What to include in a written enquiry
Emails are read by clinical staff. The more specific the message, the more useful the reply — but note that no diagnosis or treatment plan can be given by email, because neither can be reached without an examination.
- Your name and a telephone number, and whether the enquiry is for yourself or a child.
- A short description of the problem — for example "clicking and pain on the left side of the jaw for six months" rather than "TMJ".
- Whether you have had orthodontic treatment before, and roughly when.
- Any imaging or sleep study results you already have.
- Which emirate you would be travelling from, so appointments can be scheduled sensibly.
For referring clinicians
Dentists, ENT surgeons, sleep physicians, maxillofacial surgeons and speech and language therapists are welcome to refer. Please include the specific question you would like answered and any imaging already taken; findings and the treatment plan are reported back.

Arrange a specialist orthodontic assessment in Dubai
Consultations take place at Manhal Medical Center, Al Safa 1, Dubai, in English or Arabic. Every assessment begins with a full clinical examination and, where indicated, 3D imaging — not a treatment quote.
