Who we are
This website is published for the orthodontic practice of Dr. Moaiyad Pacha, Consultant Specialist Orthodontist, at Manhal Medical Center, Al Safa 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Enquiries about this policy can be sent to info@manhalmedicalcenter.com or made by telephone on +971 4 328 4560.
What information is collected
- Enquiry details you send us — the name, telephone number, email address and message you provide through the appointment form or by email.
- Clinical records — if you become a patient, the clinical records required for your care, held at the clinic under the applicable UAE health data regulations.
- Technical data — standard web server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How the appointment form works
This site is a static website with no database. The appointment form does not store your information on this website. When you submit it, the details are assembled into an email message which your own email application sends to the clinic. Nothing is retained by the website itself.
How information is used
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
- To provide and record clinical care if you become a patient.
- To meet legal, regulatory and professional record-keeping obligations.
Your information is not sold, and it is not used for marketing by third parties.
Sharing
Clinical information may be shared with other clinicians involved in your care — for example a referring dentist, an ENT surgeon, a sleep physician or a dental laboratory — where that is necessary for your treatment. It may also be shared with your insurer where you ask us to support a claim, and with regulatory authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required by UAE healthcare regulation and professional obligation. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, and ask for information to be deleted where there is no legal or clinical reason to keep it. Requests should be made in writing to info@manhalmedicalcenter.com.
Third-party content
This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a Google Maps frame on the clinic page. Those services receive technical information such as your IP address when the resources load, and are governed by Google's own privacy terms. No analytics or advertising trackers are installed on this site.
